Data Protection

Any information submitted to PatientChoice will be held for general insurance purposes, for offering renewal, for research and statistical analysis. The information may also be passed, where appropriate, to service providers working in conjunction with PatientChoice. You have the right (subject to limited exceptions) to access and if necessary rectify the information that we hold on you.

What to do if you have a Complaint

If you remain dissatisfied with our final response you can write to the Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SR Tel: 0845 080 1800. The Ombudsman will only consider your complaint after you have written confirmation from us that our internal complaints procedure has been applied in full.
